1. Grilled Sirloin Steaks with Herb Butter:
Ingredients:
-2 sirloin steaks
-2 tablespoons of butter
-2 tablespoons of fresh herbs, such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the fire disc to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the steaks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the steaks on the fire disc and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the butter and herbs and mix to combine.
5. Remove the steaks from the fire disc and top each steak with a tablespoon of the herbed butter. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.

2. Grilled Vegetable Kabobs:
Ingredients:
-1 red onion, cut into 1 inch wedges
-1 zucchini, cut into 1 inch cubes
-1 yellow squash, cut into 1 inch cubes
-1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
-1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
-1 pint cherry tomatoes
-1/4 cup olive oil
-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your fire disc to medium-high heat.
2. On a large plate or in a large bowl, combine the onion, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the olive oil mixture over the vegetables and toss until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
5. Arrange the vegetables on metal skewers and place them on the fire disc. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
