Charging your HOOP 4.0 is simple and easy.
First, plug the HOOP 4.0 USB cable into a compatible USB charger or USB port on your computer. Make sure the connectors are properly inserted into the HOOP 4.0 and the charger or USB port.
After your HOOP 4.0 is plugged in, the LED indicator on the side of the HOOP 4.0 will flash red and green, indicating that the device is charging. Depending on the remaining battery level, it may take up to 3 hours to fully charge. Once the indicator turns off, the HOOP 4.0 is fully charged.
If you are charging your HOOP 4.0 with a computer/laptop, it is important to not unplug the USB cable from the charger/USB port or the HOOP 4.0 while it is charging. Doing so may cause the battery to malfunction or potentially cause permanent damage to the battery.
It is important to periodically charge your HOOP 4.0, as it does not feature a replaceable battery. Keeping your HOOP 4.0 charged frequently will ensure optimal performance and a longer life for your HOOP.
