To create pressure in Little Alchemy, you first need to make two elements, Air and Fire. After combining these two elements, you will then need to combine them with Pressure. Pressure is made by combining Wind and Gas. Once you combine Air, Fire and Pressure, you will be able to make the final element; Steam. Steam can then be used to create all sorts of other items, such as Clothes, Clouds, Hot Air Balloons and many more.
