How to reset Arlo camera?

To reset your Arlo camera, you will first need to disconnect your camera from your internet connection. Once you have done that, you will need to locate your Arlo camera’s reset button. It is typically located underneath a rubber service flap, on the top or bottom of the camera housing.

Press and hold the reset button for ten seconds and then release it. Your Arlo camera will need to stay in this disconnected state for at least two minutes before it is ready to be reconnected. Power cycle your router and your Arlo base station to ensure both are back online.

Next, you will need to reconnect your Arlo camera to your router/internet connection. Power cycle your Arlo camera by removing the battery from it, then inserting the battery again and pressing the sync button. Once the camera syncs up, it should be reset to its factory settings.

If you are having trouble getting your Arlo camera to reset, you may need to reset the camera directly at the Arlo base station. To do this, press and hold the sync button on your Arlo base station for fifteen to twenty seconds. Your base station will then be reset. You can then attempt to reconnect your Arlo camera to your internet connection.
