To reset your Bose headphones:
1. Locate the power/Mute button. This can be found on the outside of the right ear cup.
2. Press and hold the power/Mute button for 10 seconds. Once the LED has turned off, release the button.
3. Put your headphones into pairing mode. To do this, press and hold the power/Mute button again until the LED turns blue and/or flashes.
4. On your device, open the Bluetooth settings and select your ‘Bose’ headphones from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
5. If prompted, enter the Bluetooth code into your device.
The headphones are now ready to use!
