1. Overnight Cinnamon French Toast
Ingredients:
- 6eggs
-2/3 cup milk
-1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 cup light brown sugar
-2 tablespoons butter, melted
-1 loaf French bread, cut into 1’’ slices
- Maple syrup & butter, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place the bread slices in the dish, and pour the egg mixture over them. Drizzle with melted butter and cover with plastic wrap – pressing it down to make sure the egg mixture fully covers the bread slices. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake covered for about 20 minutes, then remove the plastic wrap and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden brown and set.
4. Serve warm with maple syrup and butter. Enjoy!
